Data Deletion and Export
Collectors can request deletion or export of personal data while self-serve controls are being built.
What can be requested
You can request deletion or export of collection records, uploaded card images, uploaded pack-opening videos, AI scan results, affiliate click records, account records, private notes, and location-related records.
Media retention
Uploaded media is configured to be deleted after analysis by default. Production storage must keep retention settings visible and honor deletion requests unless a legal or security reason requires temporary retention.
How to contact us
Send deletion or export requests to privacy@example.com. Include enough detail to identify the account or session data to act on, but do not send payment details or private keys.
